Environmental Assessment/Regulatory Compliance
Through the design and implementation of a wide range of projects Metla has extensive experience with obtaining regulatory compliance approvals and conducting impact assessment. Services provided include:
- Development and implementation of baseline studies
- Environmental Impact Assessment
- Development of mitigation and compensation options to address identified impacts including population based impact mitigation and habitat restoration planning
- Development and implementation of water quality monitoring programs
- Preparation and submission of applications for regulatory approvals (land use, water licencing, Fisheries Act, YESSA, CEAA, Transport Canada)
